The best you can do is know yourself. Know what you want.

It's really hard to be exploratory while focusing on technical growth. A couple years ago, I was focused on creative growth-- I've paused that to focus on technical growth, and being a stronger technician. It's about balance though, and I don't feel like I have that. I really need to tap back into creative exploration.
