Scott Zita in reference to my new film work...

"You're really particular with your work. Deliberate with what you shoot and how and the setting and all that jazz. And the film gives it some grit where its not always perfect. And those "mistakes" as you call them, it adds a cool juxtaposition. I like seeing how everyone's work...(the people still putting in the work haha) is becoming more mature now we're out of school. I think in a lot of ways our need to be competitive in school can hinder growth. Its like we're trying to flex our muscles rather than make an image that says something personal. So yeah, I think youre working that way. You can make a strong image...you know that. So it becomes something more when you move in a direction that is fun for you, you know what i mean? It's more honest."

I agree! It was nice to hear someone vocalize things I think about.. but sometimes can't express. :D
