Start with your type, see through text is really hard to see, and the image is so strong, you need to keep the text simple. Also, don't do things that take away from your image, aka bars across the eyes. The point is to sell the photo, not to cover it up. Find a way for it to be a part of the image- this is an essential part of photographing for covers- leaving space in the composition for type- well at least that's what they said in school...Practice makes perfect! ;)
